A heated hot food well with an insulated exterior of 18 gauge stainless steel. The hot well

is controlled by one (1) adjustable thermostat with a range of 1 through 10. Thermostat

includes an ON/OFF control switch and indicator light. The flush mount thermostat control

is attached to the hot well base by a 762mm flexible and water tight tether. The hot well

includes two (2) half/third-size pan divider bars.

100-HW: 111mm deep well hold 102mm deep pans.

100-HW/D6: 162mm deep well holds 152mm deep pans.
